Shipping & Deliveries

We currently ship across the UK and internationally. All orders are processed and dispatched using trusted couriers such as Evri, and for certain products, via our specialist fulfilment partners.

UK Shipping

•⁠  ⁠Estimated delivery: 3–12 working days from the date your order is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on items ordered.

•⁠  ⁠Most UK orders are shipped with Evri; some items may be sent directly from our fulfilment partners depending on the product type.

•⁠  ⁠Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

•⁠  ⁠You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another update when your items have been dispatched.

UK Shipping Costs

•⁠  ⁠Standard UK delivery: fixed rate of £5.99 per order.

•⁠  ⁠Free UK delivery on orders over £80.00 (after discounts and before any applicable taxes).

•⁠  ⁠If your basket total is below £80.00, the £5.99 standard shipping charge will apply at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, adverse weather, seasonal peaks).

International Shipping

•⁠  ⁠Estimated delivery: 8–14 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

•⁠  ⁠International orders are shipped using our fulfilment partners and their local courier networks in your region.

•⁠  ⁠Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in both the UK and the destination country.

•⁠  ⁠Customs checks, local handling and import procedures can occasionally extend delivery times beyond the estimated window.

International Shipping Costs

•⁠  ⁠International shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.

•⁠  ⁠Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

•⁠  ⁠Once your order is placed, it’s sent to our fulfilment team for picking, packing and dispatch.

•⁠  ⁠Most orders are processed within 7 working days; certain made‑to‑order or specialist items may require additional time before dispatch.

•⁠  ⁠You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through processing, dispatch and delivery.

Tracking Your Order

•⁠  ⁠Where available, a tracking link will be provided in your dispatch email.

•⁠  ⁠Tracking may show the courier as Evri (for UK shipments) or a local delivery partner (for international shipments).

•⁠  ⁠If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable time after ordering, please contact us with your order number.

Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

•⁠  ⁠First, check any tracking information provided and your local delivery office.

•⁠  ⁠If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us at connorsummerson@koninesportslimited.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier or fulfilment partner.

We’ll work with our delivery partners to resolve issues as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, missed delivery attempts, or customs processing.
